Emotional ReleaseI have been developing the Emotional Release technique since the early 2000s, from my own experience and from the work of the specialists below.

The methodEmotional Release is a universal technique I use with my clients. I can also teach you a simpler version, so you can work with it on yourself, without a helper. I began putting it together in the early 2000s, and after several hundred hours of my own experience and of clients’ experience I taught it to those who were interested, in workshops. Even after many years of use the method keeps being refined. I keep learning from every single session, and from the great figures of the field.

Emotional Release
The meetings, which we call “sessions,” are usually 1 to 1.5 hours long. We work in a relaxed, deep, but waking state, so you will remember everything precisely after the session. The technique is completely safe. It cannot be done wrong, you cannot get stuck in it, and it cannot cause harm. The degree of regression — the ability to return and to remember — differs from person to person, but with practice (most often already at the first session) everyone reaches the events they need to work through in order to move on.

How many sessions you will need depends on the aim you have named and on how effectively you face what comes up and let it release. Because the techniques used are powerful, this is not a long process. It is usually two or three sessions at most.

During these processes, light is often shed on events you would not have thought of even in a dream, and which have often defined your whole life in a completely invisible way. Sometimes, before my eyes, states that have stood for twenty years release within a fleeting hour. It is astonishing to live through.
What can it help with?
A few examples.
    Emotional Release
  • finding in yourself the answer to a deeper question
  • easing the effect of a trauma, a loss, or a death (including the loss of a baby, and miscarriage)
  • discovering the possible emotional causes of a disturbing habit or a health challenge
  • seeing the forces that move a “can’t live with you, can’t live without you” relationship, and easing them
  • understanding anxiety you cannot explain, lessening it, and perhaps ending it
  • easing the pain of love, and of a breakup
  • supporting your process of grief
  • seeing certain inner questions clearly
  • moving on

Five approaches, one aimAs my knowledge deepened over the years and experience gathered, it became clear that “thinking in one technique” was not enough for my super-maximalist professional attitude. Emotional Release now uses five approaches that differ from one another, but that “meet” in use.

Even though the most important tools have long been in my kit, I still watch keenly for the chance to develop. Below I introduce these five approaches.
1. Trauma release
Trauma releaseWith the traditional regression approach you “return” to an earlier part of your life, then, living the experiences again, you release the tension and pain stored there. This approach (alternative psychology / psychotherapy) can be enough, for example, to work through a death or a childhood trauma. In most cases, though, it is either not enough for a full release, or there is still more information in the background that, for some reason, we still need to uncover. So the process itself often dictates that we go on, back in time…

It can never be known in advance what experiences will come up. We trust the wisdom of your subconscious, because it knows exactly which events you are already able to face, and with a little nudge it usually lays them before you, ready to serve.

Important: In the sessions a memory may come up, and light may be shed on information, whose reality feels (for now) completely unreal to you. You simply cannot imagine that it really happened — though deep in your soul you will most likely feel that it did. The good news is that the factual truth of what comes up does not matter at all. Even if you do not believe that what comes up as a memory really happened to you, the method still works. Lasting, positive changes can set in as a result of facing it.
2. The birth experience, previous lives, the life between livesIt is now a fact, since several thousand case descriptions and a great many studies prove it, that the mind records every inner event and every outer perception from moment to moment, and that in regression our experiences can be recalled and lived again.

Here are the most important types of event (going backward in time) that we routinely meet in the sessions:
Experience before birth
  • your childhood
  • your birth
  • your life in your mother’s womb: her feelings (or even your father’s), thoughts, conversations, and events in the outside world, whether these were positive or painful for you
  • your arrival in your mother’s womb, into the new little beginning of a body — as a soul
  • the “coming into birth” itself: the separation from the “spirit world” and the journey to Earth
  • the existence spent between two earthly lives, the “life between lives”
  • your previous lives …

I would note here that memories sometimes break through so strongly that you feel completely as if you were “there” and the event is happening “now.” Suddenly you find yourself in a colourful, scented, 3D cinema in which you are also the main character. Of course this level of living it can vary from person to person and from event to event, so it is best to enter such a process without any expectations we place on ourselves.

For this approach I learned the most from Dr. Michael Newton (psychotherapist, developer of the Life Between Lives method, and author of the Journey of Souls books). This technique has nothing to do with the Prananadi “journeying” technique, although the result can be similar.
3. Communication with your “higher consciousness”
Inner communicationIf you want to connect with a deeper “yourself,” if you are waiting for answers to the basic questions of your life, this technique can help, because in this very deep state the information comes with extraordinary clarity, and you can also connect more easily with your own boundless intelligence.

The name of the method is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, and its originator is the legendary psychotherapist Dolores Cannon.
4. Removing “entities” / souls stuck here
Removing entitiesFor most of us this subject is completely unreal. If, however, you hear voices or promptings, if your thoughts and feelings do not feel like your own, if you have two or more personalities that are completely different from each other, if you have sharp changes of mood, then you know exactly what this is about. The solution has two steps, and neither works without the other:
  1. The “removal” of the entities on you — in your “space” — (usually not well-intentioned), or of souls stuck on Earth (confused, with no wish to harm: for example a relative who remained here and is attached to you).
  2. Closing the door, or doors: the energetic injury. In other words, treating the reason this could happen to you at all. We have to heal the injured parts of your soul, and you have to be freed from your fears. We reach this with a therapeutic approach, consultations, personal-development exercises, and practical tasks and changes to be carried out in your life.

The teacher I found credible in this little-known field was Dr. Edith Fiore, a clinical psychologist.5. Saying goodbye to a relative
/ “Rewriting” the past. Farewell, forgiveness, communication. /

Saying goodbye to a relativeIn the family-constellation method it is also a general aim that there be some kind of catharsis: if light is shed on something unfinished in the past, it should resolve in the constellation, there and then. One example of using this principle in my method is saying goodbye to a relative with whom, because of the suddenness or nature of their death, or because of geographical distance, this could not happen. The wonderful news is that it can happen in our sessions.

In a deep, relaxed state you can make contact with them. You can return, for example, to a real shared event and “rewrite” it in the present: you can say goodbye, talk through what needs to be closed, and so forgiveness and letting go can happen.

This really is almost “science fiction,” and yes, it is very astonishing to live it for the first time. To experience that a) we can communicate with anyone at any time, and b) everything exists in space — every piece of information from the past, forever — and with the right technique this is accessible to us.
A few of my cases
A can’t-live-with-you, can’t-live-without-you relationship
A relationship that can neither hold nor let goA couple cannot tear themselves apart. They exist in a can’t-with-you, can’t-without-you state even though, in principle, they are no longer together. In one of their sessions it comes to light that in an earlier life, in the 1700s, they lived in a mother-and-child relationship in which the mother (the woman of the present) lost her infant child (the man of the present) in tragic circumstances. Although the baby then said goodbye to her telepathically in the moments before death, the mother was never really able to let go. In their present life, therefore, both of them live every separation — or even the mere thought of it — with the same deep pain as the tragedy back then.

The maddening pain of jealousy
A man lives the feeling of jealousy, in every case, with maddening pain. In regression, light is shed on a tragedy many hundreds of years ago in which, driven by a sudden impulse, he strangles his love in mad jealousy. This ambivalent experience switches on every time he feels jealousy in his present life.

Insecurity in a partnership
A young woman finds insecurity in her partnerships extremely hard to handle. During the sessions a series of lives comes up in which, back and forth, she both receives this feeling and causes it to others. The “karma,” the momentum of her deeds, still keeps her in this cycle.

“As if I were not myself”
A woman often has strange feelings, as if she “were not herself.” During intense “detective work” in the session it slowly comes to light that her grandfather, who died decades earlier, is still with her, living in her aura. Such a case is always very moving for the patient, for the soul “stuck on her,” and for me as well. In the end, at the close of the session, the letting go happened, and with it the relief.
The pain of love, a breakup
A breakupFrom the point of view of our emotional balance, we can live a breakup almost as a death. If we are not, to a large degree, “whole in ourselves,” if we live in dependence on the other (if you cannot imagine your life without them, then you are living in that), we can genuinely feel that “there is no further,” that “the world has collapsed.” A breakup can then sweep us into an extremely lived, dramatic, apathetic state full of panic attacks. In other words, it yanks us about like nothing else. At such a time a session aimed specifically at easing pain can be almost “life-saving.”
My personal grief
Grief therapyIn 1994 my brother died suddenly, in tragic circumstances. By then I had already been occupied for quite a few years with the tools of healing the soul. The next afternoon a therapist friend offered his help, and, broken completely by the fresh experience of an incomprehensible loss, we began the therapeutic session. Six hours later I came out of the room, relieved of the terrible burden, a person born again. As if I had been given my life back.

“Working through” a loss does not mean that the love passes, or that it will no longer hurt when we think of the other person. A wound like this defines us forever, and sometimes a whole life is not enough for healing. In my case, though, this one six-hour session was able to ease the enormous negative emotional burden to a large degree, and it achieved thatI was able to go on living. In a word, it gave me my life energy back, and that made it possible for me to see to my everyday tasks and to be able to support my mother in the trouble.

In many ways this session was one of the most defining events of my life. It showed me that it really is possible to“speed up” the process of grief. We do not have to suffer for years. I feel it is my responsibility to pass this message on by giving those who are interested the chance of the same experience.
Previous lives: fact or fiction?
Previous lives“Previous” lives and reincarnation are subjects that, in my view, it is completely unnecessary to argue about or to ponder. With the help of a practitioner, “return.” Have your own experience, and you will immediately (and finally) see the subject differently, because you will have “your own experience.”

It is very interesting how quickly and suddenly, during regression, images appear that do not fit our present life at all, and within one or two sessions this happens with almost every patient. And from our point of view it really does not much matter what we believe, or what we think about the subject. Dr. Edith Fiore, mentioned above, has also said that even after several hundred sessions she is not completely sure that previous lives exist. So it is not our belief that counts.

Bringing up the feelings, images, and events that appear and are lived during the sessions has a positive effect on our life that brings real, lasting change, and that is the key here. The existence of the deep pains and feelings, the sharp, sometimes almost film-like images, the relief, and the recognitions that affect our present simply cannot be questioned. Afterwards you will quietly decide what belief system you form about it in yourself. That is your private affair.

My reality is that each of us carries our whole timeless existence with us: every painful and pleasant memory from all our “previous” lives as well. So they are here with us now, and they affect us, in an activated or a dormant state, whether we are aware of it or not. But do not believe me. Look into it yourself.

What is certain is that even if these subjects may seem frightening to some, the joy that can be drawn from such a regression session overrides every earlier doubt.

Do you have chains from the present, from childhood, from before birth, from a previous life, from the life between lives, or from other entities?

What answer appears for you to this question, if you look deeply into yourself?
