Holding conversation
Ruppert EndreDecades of conversation with many hundreds of people, and my own therapeutic experiences, have shaped how I really listen, what I share, and how I reflect something back. The form of Holding Conversation that exists today was born as the sum of those experiences.

It is not coaching, not therapy, not a psychological consultation, not advice, not cleverness, and it holds neither a wish to “fix” the other person nor the illusion that “I know anything better than you do.”
What I try to offer
  • Full acceptance of who you are, together with every feeling, thought, act, and with your past
  • A deep understanding that you are, in fact, already completely all right
  • One hundred percent receptive, understanding attention
  • Sharing my own experience only when I feel it can offer a viewpoint that moves you forward
  • Thought-provoking, well-aimed questions
  • A calm, holding presence and space
  • Passing on techniques I believe may help you
  • The chance to learn from each other
  • The certainty that the keys to you are with you, not with me
